At STRAIGHTEDGEWORLDWIDE, we stand by our quality and want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
